The Challenger Learning Center is one of several located around the US that use the idea of space and space travel as a way to encourage and teach maths and sciences. The program includes a simulated space shutlle, a space station, and a mission control center in which students are taught through the simulization of space travel. JRMA was asked to design a prototype learning center that could house the necessary facilities. The design is meant to convey the excitment of technology and the skills needed to succeed in the space age.
